My Wife and I are thrilled with our new home. If we had to describe the building process in one word, it would be 'easy'. We actually enjoyed the building process. We were warned by friends that it would be a stressfull time, but found quite to the contrary, we looked forward to seeing the progress on site daily and dealing with one person who took care of everything. They are a company that strive to build the house you want, not what they think you should have like some other companies. The team at iQ Homes were always available to answer any construction queries we had and always with a cheery disposition.

During the planning stage nothing was a problem and communication was superb. If we thought of a question late at night we simply emailed the team and had an answer by phone call the next morning. The tradesmen used by iQ Homes have obviously selected as top of the choice available as the workmanship in our new home is in our opinion superior to that of many show homes. We had the benefit of advice from specialists in each area of the construction and their answers to our questions made the building process so much easier.

When we visited the site we were always made to feel welcome by the crew working there as they all were proud to be building with the iQ team. I have referred several friends and they are all amazed after the first meeting at how flexible this company is. The customer is always right and anything can be accomplished.

We feel that this attitude will see iQ Homes become a very big company soon and wish them all the best in doing so.

My house was a challenging design based on an American traditional two storey home with a steep pitch roof, numerous gables, a dorma window and varying ceiling heights. At 86 and 81 years of age, with no experience of modern building but with very set ideas of what we wanted, we decided to build a large family home and asked iQ Homes to give us a quote. My husband had spent many hours drawing the plans in great detail and we were not going to be the easiest clients to deal with but iQ were happy and we felt confident with them and decided to go ahead. From the onset we found them extremely patient, helpful and anxious to fullfil the sometimes minute details of our requests. We were encouraged to be involved in the various stages of the building so that any little problems were ironed out as it went along.

We found everyone friendly and anxious to please us and wish to thank especially Sue, Ian and our Project Managers Scott and more recently Vaughan who were always there for us, our builder Don and all the specialist craftsman, electrician, plumber, tiler, bricklayer etc who all played an important part in putting this project together so successfully. I particularly wish to thank the joiner for my fabulous kitchen, carefully designed so that all my utensils are at hand and Decra Art for my stunning granite bench top.

We have only recently moved in and it will be several weeks before we are straight but already it feels like home. This has been a huge undertaking for us both but well worthwhile and I feel we made many friends along the way.
