Scott Clark  Company Director and Construction Manager

Scott has not only been a qualified builder for over 18 years but also has years of experience as a Construction Manager. His hobbies include Golf, Rugby and spending time with his wife and children.

Scotts’ intricate knowledge of the finer points of home construction ensure a home both you, and IQ Homes, can be proud of.

Ian MacGillivray  Director and Administrator

Ian  has previously worked in the building industry as a Sales Consultant as well as having experience in the real estate sector as a Property Manager. His hobbies include Golf, Rugby and again spending time with his family.

“It is our aim to build a home that meets the expectation of the client on time, within the clients budget and to have the after sales service they deserve”.

 

Ashley Tait  Sales Manager

Ashley has been in the building and Real Estate Industry for  some 35 years. He enjoys Rugby, going to the gym and spending time with his family

Nickki Fuller  Sales Consultant

Nickki is new to the building industry but has been in the Customer Service Industry for over 16 years. She enjoys a good book, a good movie and spending time with her family and friends.

“My aim is to assist our clients throughout the entire building process, going that extra mile to help make their dreams a reality”

 


Scott and Ian formed IQ Homes more than 6 years ago to give people wanting to build their own home a more personalised, reliable and enjoyable experience.

The company has quickly expanded to provide a first-rate building service to clients throughout Canterbury.

At IQ Homes we have all the specialist in-house expertise that’s needed to give our customers a reliable and high-quality service, and most importantly, piece of mind.

As we work together to design and build your next home, we’re sure to build a close and lasting relationship. Home building is a very personal thing and there’s bound to be lots of queries, which we’re always happy to address.

Both Scott and Ian take a hands-on approach, personally overseeing every project. Building is their passion and this enthusiasm permeates everything they do.
